What is a CareLinc Staff Account?

A CareLinc staff account gives care workers, support staff, care coordinators, and administrators secure individual access to your customer organisation's care-management workspace.

Staff access is governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Your assigned system role (e.g. Staff, Care Worker, Care Coordinator, Roster Manager, Provider Admin) determines which client records, shift rosters, care plans, and administrative tools you can view and update.

Important Boundary Notice:

Staff accounts must be used strictly for authorized care delivery. Staff members are only granted access to information necessary to perform their assigned role.
